Shipping Policy

ScribbleDo is committed to the full satisfaction of our customers. In order to ensure a good experience while shopping with us, we provide free shipping for contiguous US orders orders over $50. Orders usually ship within 24 hours.

 

1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders received Monday through Friday are generally processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and over holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. SHIPPING
In order to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, ScribbleDo offers free shipping for orders over $50 to the contiguous United States on all of our products.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered within 2 to 6 business days of placing your order. Please be advised that ScribbleDo does not ship orders over the weekend or on public holidays. To track your order, refer to the tracking number provided in the confirmation email sent within 12 hours of placing your order.

3. DELAYS
In the event your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact our helpful customer service team who will make sure that you get your order as soon as possible.
Please note that ScribbleDo cannot take responsibility for delays caused by carriers, informational errors and/or bad weather.

4. GOVERNING LAW
This shipping policy shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without reference to its conflict of law provisions, and the obligations, rights and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with such laws.
